Rendr is seeking an Anterior Segment Ophthalmologist (Cornea/Glaucoma fellowship preferred) to join a busy NYC-based practice spanning Sunset Park, Bensonhurst, and Chinatown. The candidate should be MD or DO with Board eligibility or certification in Ophthalmology and a NY license, fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese).

The role involves managing diabetic eye exams, glaucoma, dry eye, macular conditions, and sizeable cataract volumes with support staff and modern equipment;

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in Ophthalmology.
• Successful completion of ophthalmology internship/residency.
• Current New York State license and DEA number.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese; fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anterior segment ophthalmology care, including cornea and glaucoma management.
• Perform cataract evaluations and monitor macular conditions.
• Coordinate with technicians and scribes; supervise OD in the office.
• Manage patient volume with high-quality care across multiple NYC locations.
• Participation in clinic scheduling and occasional cross-location coverage.
