Responsibilities

• Protective services to consumers experiencing abuse, neglect, exploitation, or abandonment.
• Investigate referrals and maintain required legal timelines.
• Prepare case histories, letters, reports, and maintain detailed case records.
• Obtain medical, psychological, and financial information to determine service eligibility.
• Offer casework guidance to consumers and families to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with courts, law enforcement, hospitals, and other agencies to meet consumer needs.
