Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years inside sales or admissions experience with in-person closing.
• Bilingual Spanish/English with sales-focused fluency.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding enrollment targets.
• Experience using a CRM and high-volume communications tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond to warm leads and inbound inquiries; convert to campus tours.
• Make 50–70 outbound contacts daily to follow up and schedule appointments.
• Conduct dynamic campus tours and close enrollments on-site.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage pipeline from inquiry to enrollment.
