We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for our customer, County Prestress & Precast in Roberts, WI.

Job Duties:
  1. Perform receptionist duties including answering phones, clerical tasks, and general housekeeping.
  2. Support benefits administration by answering questions and providing information.
  3. Review timecards for the location.
  4. Perform data entry and generate reports as needed.
  5. Assist the accounting department with data entry as location accounts payable.
  6. Maintain records through filing and recording.

  • Sitting frequently
  • Carrying/Lifting 10-40 pounds rarely
  • Standing, walking, and climbing rarely
Experience & Qualifications:
  • High School diploma required.
  • 1-2 years of related experience preferred.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
