Let's talk! LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a well-established financial services organization for a contract-to-hire Bilingual (English/Spanish) Administrative Assistant opportunity located in the Orlando, FL area!

Responsibilities

  • Handle vehicle title documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with state and auction requirements.
  • Assist with the coordination and logistics of auto auctions.
  • Answer incoming calls professionally and direct inquiries appropriately.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Process vendor invoices and payments, maintain accurate records, and communicate with vendors regarding billing inquiries.
  • Support client and internal account activities, including tracking updates and maintaining records.
  • Conduct follow-ups via phone and email to ensure timely responses, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Maintain daily office operations and serve as the primary point of contact when colleagues are working in the field, ensuring continuity and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
  • Minimum 1 year in an office environment required.
  • Ability to go above and beyond with customer service required!

Work Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mon-Thurs & 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM Fri

Job Type: Contract-to-hire & 40 hrs/wk

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
