Job summary

Prime Meats in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Compliance Specialist to support and maintain our SQF system, food safety programs, audits, and regulatory compliance across processing plants and distribution centers.

You will manage documentation, oversee control processes, coordinate audits and corrective actions, and train staff on food safety and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred; knowledge of SAP and MS Office is a plus.

Qualifications

• Administrative experience (at least 6 months).
• Knowledge of HACCP, SQF, OSHA, and USDA regulations.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
