Job summary

ABA360 is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. The role focuses on evidence-based interventions to promote independence and positive behavior, working as part of the clinical team on skill-building plans and data collection.

No prior experience is required, and bilingual Spanish/English is a strong plus. The position starts part-time with after-school hours and opportunities for growth in the thriving ABA field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to maintain a calm demeanor.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and community locations.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
