Job summary

Links ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You will help build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving mentorship from experienced BCBAs.

The role offers part-time hours, afternoon/evening shifts, and opportunities for professional training. Eligible employees may access health benefits and ongoing supervision through the clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus).
• Reliable transportation required.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided)
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates
