As an ABA Therapist, you will deliver one-on-one services in clients' homes and community settings, support skill development, and track progress. We offer part-time roles with flexible scheduling, training, and opportunities for growth in the growing ABA field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to communicate comfortably in Spanish.
• Experience as an ABA Therapist or with children on the autism spectrum preferred.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions.
• Support independence, skill development, and positive behavior.
• Implement individualized skill-building and treatment plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Build strong relationships with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment outcomes.
