Job summary

Magin Behavioral Therapies in Orange County, CA is seeking a part-time ABA Master’s Supervisor to support a caseload of 10-15 clients across home, community, and school settings.

Sessions and supervision can be conducted in-person or via telehealth, with 25-30+ hours weekly. The role requires a Master’s degree, bilingual Spanish/English proficiency, and strong clinical supervision experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of ABA supervision experience with autism, ADHD, or related conditions.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• FBA experience and experience writing reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Conduct FBAs and provide direct behavioral intervention for clients with autism.
• Hold client sessions in home, community, and school settings.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to staff and RBTs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and professionals to ensure coordinated care.
