Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Valid Texas teaching certificate for subject/level assigned.
• Completion of Texas Reading Academy required for Elementary.
• ESL Supplemental Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans for 3rd grade bilingual students.
• Present subject matter according to TEA guidelines and district policies.
• Use data to plan and implement instructional strategies tailored to bilingual learners.
• Collaborate with special education staff to modify curricula as needed.
• Plan and supervise assignments for aides/volunteers while engaging students.
• Integrate technology to enhance teaching and learning.
• Maintain open communication with families and stakeholders.
