Allegiance Industries, Inc. is hiring a Bilingual 2nd Shift Housekeeping Supervisor (Spanish/English) in Louisville, KY. You will lead custodial staff, ensure cleaning standards are met, and coordinate with the client to satisfy contractual requirements.

The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience, bilingual English/Spanish, and the ability to motivate and train staff. A valid KY driver’s license and own transportation are required.

Formación

• 1+ years of supervisory experience in related field.
• Bilingual English/Spanish, strongly preferred.
• Experience managing custodial operations.
• Proven experience motivating and training staff.
• Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines; self-directed.
• Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and achieve effective time management.
• Strong service/quality mindset.
• Professionalism.
• Must have own transportation and KY drivers license.

Responsabilidades

• Lead an assigned building/area and supervise custodial staff.
• Ensure the facility is kept clean and meets expectations at all times.
• Assist in planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and supervising department functions.
• Enforce custodial workflow to meet standards and client requirements.
• Maintain effective communication with client and facility personnel.
• Demonstrate and promote Allegiance Industries, Inc. culture, values and management philosophy.
• Other duties as assigned.
