Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with young children in a licensed preschool or childcare setting.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• CDA Certification with 5–10 years childcare experience preferred.
• 2–3 years of Montessori experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support engaging, hands-on learning experiences using our curriculum and your own creativity.
• Provide warm, responsive care and individualized support to children.
• Assist with daily classroom routines, activities, and transitions.
• Build positive relationships with children and families through daily communication.
• Work closely with the Lead Teacher and teaching team to maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Support children’s social, emotional, and early learning development.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom.
