Responsibilities

• Manage product development from concept through launch, ensuring targets for performance, quality, cost and timing.
• Develop product requirements, specifications, and priorities from consumer and market insights.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to keep development aligned with objectives and timelines.
• Evaluate options and make recommendations balancing consumer needs, cost, and quality.
• Support business cases, target costs, pricing, margins, and other commercial goals.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales and Commercial teams for positioning and launch planning.
• Monitor performance and feedback to identify opportunities for improvements.
• Maintain product information and development standards for continuous PM improvement.
