This is not a traditional project administration role. Success in this position requires the ability to bring structure, visibility, and accountability to complex programs while operating with flexibility in a dynamic innovation environment. This role requires a highly collaborative operator who can influence across functions through credibility, partnership, and sound judgment—not formal authority.

This position will require you to work onsite at Cervelo’s HQ located in Aliso Viejo, CA
