• Introduce new products to customers, including those who are just browsing.
• accurately size and fit bicycles for comfort and performance.
• Collect and document customer information for follow-up and personalized service.
• Follow up post-sale to address concerns or feedback and ensure satisfaction.
• Keep customers informed about new products aligned with their interests.
• Build long-term relationships through regular communication and service.
• Maintain expert-level product knowledge on bicycles and accessories.
• Collaborate with the sales team to keep the floor clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Assemble car racks and large accessories as needed.
• Communicate inventory needs and product suggestions to the store manager.
