Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Bike Delivery Courier at our Downtown St Louis location to bring hot cookies and creaminess to fans across the area. You’ll be the friendly face delivering joy, using our delivery app, and upholding quality checks on every order.

Ideal candidates manage time well, know the local 1-mile radius, and own a reliable bicycle with a data-enabled smartphone. Must be 18+, legally eligible to work in the United States, and able to work part-time shifts with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of the 1-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus.
• Must have your own non-motorized bicycle in working order (electronic bikes are not permitted)
• Must have a smartphone with data plan
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed

Responsibilities

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
• Deliver cookies, milk and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe fashion
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers
• Use Insomnia’s delivery app to approved company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers

As a Bike Delivery Courier at our Downtown St Louis store located at 1136 Washington Ave, St Louis MO 63101, you are our “Boots on the ground!”, and the main face that our Insomniacs see outside of the bakery! You give the word “Delivery” a whole new meaning by delivering the Cookie Magic to our fans wherever they are.
