Job Title: Bike Delivery Courier

Insomnia Cookies, a rapidly growing late-night bakery and delivery company, is hiring a Bike Delivery Courier for our Phoenix store located at One East Washington Street, Suite 180 Phoenix, AZ 85004. As a Courier, you are the main face of our brand outside of the bakery, delivering our delicious cookies and treats to our fans with speed and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before leaving the store
• Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream promptly and safely
• Provide excellent customer service in person and by phone
• Use our delivery app to update order status accurately

• Knowledge of the 1-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus
• Own a working bike
