Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is looking for Bike Delivery Couriers for their Dallas location. As a Bike Courier, you will be the face of our brand, delivering cookie magic to our fans. Responsibilities include checking orders, timely deliveries, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have your own non-motorized bicycle (electronic bikes are not permitted).
• Must have a smartphone with a data plan.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.

Responsibilities

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
• Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to our loyal fanbase in a timely and safe fashion.
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers.

We are actively interviewing Bike Delivery Couriers for our Victory Park store located at 2400 Victory Park Lane, Dallas TX 75219. As a Bike Courier, you are the "Boots on the ground!", the main face that our Insomniacs see outside of the bakery, delivering cookie magic wherever our fans are.

Responsibilities

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
• Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to our loyal fanbase in a timely and safe fashion.

• Use Insomnia's delivery app to meet company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers.
