Al's Sporting Goods is seeking experienced and detail-oriented bike builders to join the bike shop team in our Idaho Falls store,to assemble a wide range of bicycles, from kids' bikes to high-end road and mountain bikes, including e-bikes.We work with the best brands in the industry including Trek, Specialized, Scott, and many more. he ideal candidate will have a passion for bicycles, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to meet high-quality standards while working independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble bicycles of various types and complexities according to manufacturer specifications, including kids' bikes, road bikes, mountain bikes, and e-bikes
• Ensure all bicycles are built to company and industry quality and safety standards
• Inspect and adjust components to ensure proper function, including brakes, derailleurs, wheels, and electronic systems for e-bikes
• Perform final checks on all assembled bikes to ensure they are ride-ready for customers
• Maintain an organized and efficient workspace, keeping tools and equipment in good working condition
• Meet productivity targets while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Communicate effectively with the team to report any issues with parts, tools, or processes
