Job summary
Deegit Inc is seeking a candidate with strong Hadoop stack experience, including MapReduce, Spark, Sqoop, Pig, Hive, Impala, Sentry and HDFS, plus Linux/Unix systems engineering.
Experience with Puppet and Ansible is a strong plus, and familiarity with monitoring tools such as AWS CloudWatch, Nagios or Splunk will help ensure reliable, scalable operations in complex environments. Candidates should be comfortable diagnosing performance issues and tuning systems in a distributed data platform.
