Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related sales or customer service experience.
• Able to open credit accounts and explain loyalty benefits.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable using handheld devices and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily and weekly sales goals in the furniture department.
• Promote protection plans and loyalty program to customers.
• Assist with inventory, fulfillment, and merchandising.
• Use technology to visualize products, place orders, and compare options.
• Provide expert guidance and resolve customer questions through delivery and post-sale follow-up.
