As a Security Officer, a typical day might include the following:

1. Greeting guests and providing them with fast, friendly service
2. Accurately checking guest identification
3. Enforcing all dress code procedures
4. Monitoring guest alcohol consumption and intervening as needed according to company guidelines
5. Promoting Big Night Entertainment Group positively and professionally
6. Handling situations quickly, efficiently, and safely
7. Diffusing difficult situations
8. Ensuring the safety of guests and staff throughout the venue
9. Performing other duties as assigned

This role may be suitable if you demonstrate the following abilities and meet these qualifications:

1. At least 1 year of security experience in a high-volume, upscale food and beverage environment or nightclub
2. Ability to pass Big Night Entertainment Group's legal background check requirements
3. Neat and professional appearance
4. Effective and accurate communication with customers, the public, and co-workers
5. Teamwork skills
6. Flexible schedule, including availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
7. Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
8. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
9. Proven ability to de-escalate issues
