• Manage logistics for worship participants and workshops.
• Assist in securing AV equipment for sessions.
• Draft RFP processes for audio-visual needs.
• Produce promotional videos ahead of the Summit.
• Participate in planning meetings and site visits.
• Oversee production onsite during the event.
