Bid Presales Analyst - US Government Contracts - Remote
Omm IT Solutions (Omm Inc. www.ommincorp.com) is seeking a talented and highly motivated Bid & Pre-Sales Analyst to work from home / remotely, anywhere in the US. Work hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm US Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Prospect daily across US Federal, State, Local, and commercial sectors for RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
- Qualify opportunities based on eligibility, vendor requirements, evaluation criteria, and potential risks.
- Analyze opportunities considering Omm's capabilities, identifying fit and red flags.
- Stay updated on Omm’s services, current engagements, and past wins to map opportunities effectively.
- Utilize platforms like GovWin, HigherGov, SAM, FPDS, SBA, and GSA for sourcing and assessing opportunities.
- Perform incumbent analysis, evaluate the competitive landscape, and develop win strategies.
- Maintain a focused 12-month pipeline aligned with strategic goals.
- Conduct strategic opportunity analysis, including evaluation criteria and teaming options.
- Keep CRM and tracking systems current with notes and statuses.
- Prioritize high-PWIN bids and present curated opportunity lists for leadership review.
- Support early-stage capture efforts by contributing to win strategies and qualification scoring.
- Follow structured processes and prepare detailed activity reports.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Fluency in government contracting language.
- Experience researching opportunities on FPDS, GovWin, HigherGov, SAM, SBA, GSA, and similar platforms.
- Understanding of IT domains and technologies.
- Ability to work independently in a distraction-free home office environment.
- Team player attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Word.
