Overview

Title – Bid Coordinator

Location – Naperville, IL ( Remote)

Duration – 0 – 3 months

Shift - 1st (8:00AM to 5:00PM)

Hourly Rate - $26.00/Hour

Job Duties
  • Manage the Non-Profit and For-Profit bid process and contract process to ensure accurate, timely, and financially sound pricing decisions and contract pricing integrity.
  • Oversee the process within Specialty Channels Vistex system, as well as various customer-managed bid and contract systems.
  • Communicate directly with customers regarding contracts.
  • Review and analyze bid requests and make recommendations to sales on products and pricing.
  • Analyze bid recaps to understand win/loss/share data.
  • Identify risk and opportunity areas while capturing competitive information.
  • Ensure accuracy of data, timely submissions, compliance with bid requirements, and adherence to internal audit guidelines.
Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (0–2 years in Food Service Bid Process preferred).
  • Associate Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Finance background helpful.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel.
  • Knowledge of SAP/Vistex a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with bid documents, legal documents, etc.
  • Excellent time management, organization skills, and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Self-starter and team player.
  • Flexibility in work hours (some shifts start at 7 AM, others at 9 AM CST).
