Job summary

Veo is hiring repair technicians in Columbus, OH to maintain and repair our electric vehicle fleet. The role suits mechanically inclined professionals who enjoy hands-on work and helping keep communities safe and sustainable.

Experience repairing bikes, scooters, cars, or motorcycles is a solid fit; no EV experience required. We offer full-time schedules with 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am shifts, $18.00/hr with a $400 sign-on bonus after 60 days, plus benefits and flexible hours.

Qualifications

1+ year of maintenance/auto repair experience.
Ability to lift/carry/push/pull EV bikes/scooters up to 80 lbs.
Strong problem-solving mindset and self-motivation.
Comfortable using smartphone apps and working in a team.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive repairs on Veo's electric bikes and scooters, from tightening bolts to motor replacement.
Conduct quality checks and routine inspections to meet safety standards.
Log and track maintenance records according to processes.
Track inventory levels for spare parts on an ongoing basis.
Maintain warehouse organization and set a positive example for teammates.
Perform field tasks such as swapping batteries and redistribution.

Job Summary

Veo is seeking repair technicians to maintain and repair our electric vehicle fleet. This role is ideal for mechanically-inclined professionals who enjoy solving problems, are comfortable working with their hands, and are passionate in helping make our communities safe and sustainable. No electric vehicle experience required but experience (professional or hobby) repairing bikes, scooters, cars, or motorcycles are a great fit.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive repairs on Veo's electric bikes/scooters from tightening a bolt to replacing a motor
Conduct quality checks and routine inspection to ensure all vehicles meet our safety standards
Follow processes to log and track maintenance record
Track inventory levels for spare parts on an ongoing basis
Maintain excellent warehouse organization and set example for teammates
Perform field tasks as needed such as: swapping batteries and redistribution
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

At least 1+ years of experience in maintenance/ auto repair
Ability to lift, carry, push and pull electric bikes/scooters weighing up to 80 lbs
Problem-solving mindset and self-motivated
Comfortable with navigating and using smartphone apps
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; must be a team player!
