Job summary
Globalsoft Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced BICSI Certified Technician to lead field installation projects across copper and fiber networks. You will manage crews, ensure quality workmanship, and coordinate with customers and project managers on site.

Qualifications
- BICSI Level 2 Copper Installer Certification is required.
- 3+ years hands-on experience in cabling and fiber installation.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel nationwide.

- Oversee structured cabling and fiber deployments.
- Coordinate with customers, project managers, and field teams.
