Job summary

BIBIBOP is hiring Team Members to join a fast-growing, healthy Korean-inspired concept. You will greet guests, deliver friendly service, multitask across front-of-house and kitchen tasks, and help maintain clean, safe dining areas.

Ideal candidates are at least 16, authorized to work in the U.S., with reliable, flexible availability for evenings, weekends and holidays. Training is provided, and there are growth opportunities, with benefits and a supportive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly smile and create positive connections.
• Ensure guests receive Bibibop’s signature service while multitasking efficiently.
• Follow and promote Bibibop’s vision, values, and standards.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and dress code.
• Always maintain food safety and sanitation practices.
• Portion, prep, clean, and assist with kitchen tasks.
• Regularly sanitize workstations and operate kitchen equipment safely.
