Job summary

Halvik Corp is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Systems Specialist to develop enterprise BI offerings and support government business processes. The role is on-site M-F at Ft. Bragg, NC, requiring collaboration with end users and ongoing BI development.

Responsibilities include maintaining data stores, dashboards, and reporting across Power BI, SQL Server Reporting Services, Tableau, and other BI tools. A Secret clearance and a Bachelor's degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a similar field.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI, SQL Server Reporting, Tableau, or BI tools.
• Active Secret security clearance.
• Experience providing end-user and Tier 1 support.
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with end users to identify needs and opportunities for improved data management and delivery.
• Provide ongoing development and maintenance of an operational data store and enterprise data warehouse using BI best practices, relational structures, dimensional modeling, SQL, and reporting techniques.
• Improve and streamline data flow and data quality to improve accuracy and value.
• Develop and maintain a BI architecture enabling ad-hoc analysis and insight generation.
• Provide interactive dashboards and KPIs using Power BI, SQL Server Reporting Services, Tableau, Sisense, SAP Crystal Reports, IBM Cognos, Qlik, or other BI tools.
• Provide end-user support and Tier 1 assistance; train users and direct to resources.
