Select Medical seeks a Business Intelligence Specialist 2 on-site/hybrid to join the BI team. This role develops data solutions, analyzes business processes, and delivers on-time BI products for a growing organization.

The ideal candidate has a BS in CS or related field and 1+ years in reporting, data warehousing, and collaboration tools (TFS/Jira/Trello). Strong teamwork, communication, and an ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of experience in reporting and analytics.
• 1+ years of experience with enterprise data (SQL and/or data warehouse).
• 1+ years of experience with collaboration platforms like TFS/Jira/Trello.
• Requires superior teamwork skills and strong interpersonal and communication ability.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop data and analytical solutions to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with the BI team and keep projects on time in TFS/Jira/Trello.
• Acquire an in-depth understanding of source systems and BI toolset.
• Understand Select business units, processes, and goals.
• Coordinate testing to ensure high-quality BI solutions.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve processes and workflows.
• Complete special projects as required.
