What is Required (Qualifications)
- High school diploma or GED required
- At least one year of contact center or banking-related work experience preferred
- Prior inbound call center experience with heavy phone volume and data entry is required
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
