Job description

Equine Network's Safe Travels Motor Club is seeking a dedicated Bi-Lingual French/English Dispatch Phone Agent to join our Roadside Assistance team. In this vital customer service role, you will confidently and calmly handle incoming calls from members in need of roadside help, coordinate dispatch of service personnel, and ensure prompt, efficient solutions for our clients. You will be the critical link between our members and field teams, helping maintain high satisfaction and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from members needing roadside assistance, gathering accurate vehicle and situation information.

  • Dispatch calls to in-network service providers; occasionally negotiate and coordinate with out-of-network providers for best pricing and estimated arrival time.

  • Follow up on dispatched calls to confirm timely arrival and job completion.

  • Prioritize multiple urgent calls and manage tasks efficiently under pressure.

  • Assist members with basic RV tech support and escalate complex calls as needed.

  • Maintain effective communication with clients, providers, and team members in both French and English.

  • Adhere to schedules, company policies, and procedures, including required breaks and time management.

  • Stay current with internal communications via Teams channels and chat.

  • Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • Fluent in both French and English (verbal and written).

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and think outside the box.

  • Comfortable managing multiple inbound calls and prioritizing urgent requests.
