Job summary

DXC Technology in the United States is seeking a Senior BI Lead to build and govern data pipelines and analytics capabilities for mission-critical systems. You will lead a team of BI analysts and developers, shape the BI strategy, and ensure data quality and governance across dashboards and models.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, present insights to senior government leaders, and drive modernization efforts using ETL and visualization tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7 years of business intelligence, 3 years of team leadership.
• Experience with ETL tools such as AB Initio.
• Experience with Dashboard and Data Visualization tools – Power BI, Visio, etc.
• Experience with reporting tools – Oracle OBIA/OAP, OAS, OBIEE.
• Experience with relational databases – Oracle RDMS 19c.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain/maintain an active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of BI dashboards, reports, and data models.

• Create dashboards and track metrics based on requirements and user feedback.
• Enable better BI reporting by leveraging AI, improving data quality and data mapping.
• Work on ETL processes and data preparation.
• Present BI findings, insights, and recommendations to senior government stakeholders.

Responsible for building data pipelines to bring together information from different source systems. They integrate, consolidate and cleanse data and structure it for use in analytics applications optimizing accessibility across the ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clearance: U.S. Citizenship is required due to the nature of the work and to obtain the required security clearance
• Lead and manage a team of BI analysts and developers, providing technical direction, mentorship, and performance oversight.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7 years of business intelligence, 3 years of team leadership.
• Experience with ETL tools such as AB Initio
• Experience with Dashboard and Data Visualization tools – preferred Microsoft tools such as Power BI, Project Visio, etc.
• Experience with reporting tools- preferred Oracle tools such as OBIA/OAP, OAS, and OBIEE.
• Experience with relational databases – preferred is Oracle RDMS 19c
• Demonstrated expertise in: BI leadership, data strategy, team management, stakeholder communication, and technical oversight.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must possess an active Secret security clearance or be able to obtain one.

Desired Skills:

• Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate or equivalent BI certification.
• Experience with Kibana is a plus
• Experience with Kafka is a plus
• Experience with GoAnywhere and Oracle Data Guard is a plus
• Experience leading BI teams supporting DoD or federal agency programs.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL pipeline design.
• Experience with Tableau, MicroStrategy, or similar enterprise BI platforms.
