Job summary

Tactile Medical is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst in Minneapolis to translate business questions into trusted insights. You will deliver high-quality reports and dashboards using governed data assets in Microsoft Fabric, partnering with Analytics Engineering and Governance to enable self-service analytics across the organization.

Required: 1–3 years in a BI/analytical role, experience turning business requirements into technical deliverables, and strong Power BI skills.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related analytical role.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into technical solutions and actionable deliverables.
• Proficiency in Power BI, including the development and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to clarify questions, decisions, and success criteria.
• Translate business needs into analytical approaches using existing data assets.
• Build reports and dashboards using Microsoft Fabric/Power BI and semantic models.
• Validate report outputs and flag data quality issues upstream.
