Job summary

Great Lakes Cheese, Inc. is seeking a BI professional to deliver and maintain reporting solutions within SAP Business Objects and SAC in Kentucky. You will leverage SQL and Python/R for data prep, validate reports against source systems, and support BW/S/4HANA data flows.

Responsibilities include creating standardized reports with Excel, monitoring distribution, performing tests, and assisting senior engineers with ETL and upgrades while adapting to evolving BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in IT, MIS, Data Science, or closely related field.
• 3+ years in SAP reporting using BOBJ, SAC or similar BI tools.
• 3+ years in report creation using WEBI, Analysis Office, or similar environment.
• 3+ years in data warehousing concepts and data manipulation using SQL.
• 3+ years in SAP BW or S/4HANA.
• 3+ years in data analysis using Python or R scripts.
• 1 year of system administration and upgrade experience.
• 1 year of experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik, or Snowflake.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and maintain reporting solutions within SAP Business Objects and SAC environments.
• Apply SQL and Analysis for Office for routine data querying and validation against source systems.
• Summarize, compile, and trend data; create standardized reports using intermediate Excel features.
• Comply and distribute tailored daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management on schedule.
• Monitor report broadcasting and bursting; escalate issues to senior team members when needed.
• Perform basic data cleansing and execute unit tests to ensure data quality.
• Identify and report data load failures or system issues to senior engineers for resolution.
• Adapt to evolving BI tools and support upgrades as directed.
