Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Bellevue, WA is seeking a seasoned Business Intelligence Engineer to deliver metrics, dashboards and operational insights for Sub Same Day (SSD) OpX/OI. You will partner with operations and data teams to enable data-driven decision-making and scale self-service analytics across the SSD portfolio.

You will design data models, ETL pipelines, and visualizations using Redshift, Tableau, and QuickSight, while communicating clearly with stakeholders and driving measurable

Qualifications

• 3+ years analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL.
• 1+ years SQL, ETL or Oracle experience.
• 1+ years processing large, multi-source datasets from multiple sources.
• 1+ years performing statistical analysis.
• 1+ years developing automated reporting.
• Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools.
• Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines.
• Experience in Statistical Analysis packages such as R, SAS and Matlab.
• Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling.

• Extract, integrate, and analyze critical data; communicate issues clearly.
• Design and develop key performance metrics and indicators.
• Build automated dashboards and self-service tools for real-time insights.
