Job summary

Mondrian Alpha is seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer to design and deliver high-impact analytics and reporting solutions for finance, operations, HR, compliance, and other corporate teams. You will work with stakeholders to translate needs into reliable, visually effective dashboards and reports.

You will build and optimize data models and datasets, ensuring data quality and accuracy across outputs, while partnering with data and engineering teams to source data from diverse systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a technical/analytical field.
• Proven experience building dashboards and reporting with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills for analytics and reporting.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear BI deliverables.
• Excellent attention to detail and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions for corporate stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business users across corporate functions to gather requirements.
• Develop and optimize data models, queries, and datasets powering reporting and analytics.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across dashboards and reports.
• Partner with data and engineering teams to source and model data from multiple systems.
