Qualifications

2+ years experience with SQL for data mining, ETL, and handling large datasets in a business context.
2+ years experience with data visualization tools (QuickSight preferred; Tableau/PowerBI acceptable).
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Smart sheet.
Bachelor's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related quantitative field.

Responsibilities

Own the design, development, and maintenance of datasets, reports, analyses, and dashboards to drive key business decisions.
Perform data extraction, manipulation, and production from database tables.
Design, implement, and validate complex logic using queries.
Automate and improve data pipelines, analytical and reporting processes.
Improve code quality, legibility, and optimize BI processes (speed, cost, reliability).
Translate complex or ambiguous business problem statements into analysis requirements.
Respond to ad-hoc data query requests and provide insights.
