Job summary

Gravity IT Resources seeks an experienced BIDeveloper (Fabric / Power BI) to support and enhance proprietary in-house and third-party data processes in Charlotte, NC. You will collaborate with business partners through the development lifecycle, including requirements gathering and post-implementation support, with onsite rotation.

The role focuses on Microsoft Power BI/Fabric, SQL Server, Databricks, and .NET, emphasizing complex SQL queries, troubleshooting, and delivering firm-wide reporting

Qualifications

• Required Skills:Power BI/Fabric, SQL Server, Databricks, and .NET.
• Desire to perform analysis and capacity to learn new systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with complex SQL queries and procedures.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter, able to work independently and cooperatively as required.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance proprietary in-house and third-party applications and data processes.
• Collaborate with business partners throughout the development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.
• Provide onsite support to business partners on a rotational basis until business closes for the day.
• Work with Microsoft technologies, primarily focusing on complex SQL queries and procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with a strong sense of urgency.
• Contribute data extract automation and delivery, firm-wide reporting structure enhancements, report development, and application enhancements.
• Sit with business partners to understand their needs and confidently ask questions to gather detailed requirements.
