Job summary

Godshall Recruiting is seeking a data and reporting professional in Greenville, SC, who loves turning complex information into actionable business insights. You will develop dashboards and analytics solutions using Power BI and Cognos Analytics, and build data models across functions.

Collaborating with stakeholders to define metrics and KPIs, you will optimize reporting performance, validate data quality, support regulatory reporting, and partner with data engineering on data pipelines and

Qualifications

5+ years of BI or data analytics experience and 3+ years supporting insurance-related data and reporting.
Strong experience with Power BI, Cognos Analytics, SQL, data modeling, and reporting solutions.
Experience with Azure, ETL tools, Guidewire data, and enterprise analytics environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions using Power BI and Cognos Analytics.
Build and maintain data models that support reporting across multiple business functions.
Partner with stakeholders to define metrics, reporting requirements, and key performance indicators.
Optimize reporting performance through data modeling, query tuning, and governance best practices.
Validate data quality, support regulatory reporting, and maintain reporting documentation.
Collaborate with data engineering teams on integrations, data pipelines, and enterprise analytics initiatives.
