Job summary

Communication Service for the Deaf (CSD) in Austin, TX seeks a Business Intelligence Developer to design and support BI and automation solutions that drive data-informed decisions across the organization. You will build dashboards, semantic models, data pipelines, and workflow automations, partnering with stakeholders and IT to ensure secure, high-quality data.

Experience with Power BI, Azure data tools, and AI-assisted development is a plus; strong communication and problem-solving are

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, data analytics, BI, or related field.
3–7 years of experience developing business intelligence, analytics, or data solutions.
Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports in a modern BI platform.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise dashboards, scorecards, and reports.
Build semantic models, data marts, and reporting datasets that provide a single source of truth.
Develop KPIs, metrics, and executive reporting aligned with organizational goals.
Partner with business units to translate requirements into scalable analytics solutions.
Improve self-service analytics with reusable datasets and user-friendly reporting.
Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to ensure governed data.
