Job Description

• Analyze large customer data sets using a variety of database query and visualization tools
• Deploy analytic models within the various self-service reporting systems and environments
• Partner with the National Data Warehouse team to support migration of ETL, Tables, Data, etc. into the Enterprise Data Warehouse.
• Manage new data requests by partnering with business owners to help define business rules and translate into data-driven results designed to meet leadership objectives.
• Perform ad hoc analysis to solve operational issues and provide data for business cases.
• Provide technical expertise in extracting, integrating, and analyzing customer critical data
• Compile and verify daily, weekly, and monthly customer focused executive reporting
• Design and develop key performance metrics and indicators using standardized and custom reports
• Develop a solid understanding of both XH and Enterprise Data Warehouses and be able to interpret the data
• Work closely with XH leadership
