• Provide technical support to operational, business and research units by gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical specs.
• Analyze, review, and rewrite programs.
• Update and maintain computer programs; coordinate with other departments to store and retrieve data.
• Create complex SQL queries leveraging BI tools such as Business Objects and QlikSense.
• Collect, organize, and analyze data; build data models and visualizations using QlikSense and custom SQL reports.
• Perform thorough data validation to ensure accuracy.
• Perform ad hoc Webi report development to support researchers.
