Job summary

Construction Solutions Group is seeking a technically skilled Data Modeling Analyst to support our BI reporting and analytics platform in a Microsoft Fabric environment. You will translate requirements into dashboards and insights, focusing on SQL-driven reports and scalable data models.

In the near term, you will enhance BI solutions with Fabric semantics and Power BI, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver actionable analytics for operations and strategy.

Qualifications

• Strong BI and data analysis experience, especially SQL, with working knowledge of Python and Spark.
• Translate reporting requirements into meaningful dashboards, reports and insights for operations and strategy.
• Experience with data modeling, data warehousing and ETL/ELT concepts and modern analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance BI reports and dashboards using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
• Leverage existing semantic models to deliver scalable and consistent reporting solutions.
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries to support reporting and analytics needs.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Validate data accuracy and support data quality initiatives.
• Assist with the design and optimization of data models and reporting structures.
• Support future Python- and Spark-based data solutions and pipelines.
• Contribute to enterprise data and analytics initiatives as the platform matures.
