Job summary

NANA Regional Corporation seeks a Data Solutions Developer to design, build, and support enterprise data integration, reporting, analytics, and BI solutions across the organization.

The role focuses on data pipelines, dashboards, data models, and KPIs; you will partner with business users to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions while ensuring data governance and quality.

Hybrid work with regular in-office presence in Anchorage, AK or Phoenix, AZ is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Five+ years of experience developing data integration, reporting, analytics, or BI solutions.
• Experience automating data movement and synchronization between systems, databases, and cloud platforms.
• Proficiency with relational databases, SQL development, and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data integration and transformation processes between enterprise systems.
• Build and support automated data pipelines using databases, APIs, cloud platforms, files, and third-party apps.
• Develop data validation, quality controls, and source-to-target mappings.
• Create data models, metadata, and technical specifications.
• Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, KPIs, and self-service capabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver BI solutions.
