Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience with Microsoft BI tools incl. Fabric & Power BI.
• Minimum 2 years architecting Fabric platforms incl. Lakehouse & Data Factory.
• Minimum 7 years in Power BI report development and data modeling.
• Minimum 7 years in data engineering and building data warehouses.
• Minimum 3 years leading BI/Data Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as platform architect and technical owner for Microsoft Fabric.
• Mentor and lead BI and Data Engineering team delivering reports and data solutions.
• Own end-to-end Power BI report development, production support, and data integration.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and data warehouses on Fabric.
• Define Fabric standards, governance, and CI/CD practices.
• Develop Python scripts/notebooks for data transformation within Fabric.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable BI solutions.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
