Job summary

Dick's Sporting Goods is hiring a BI Data & Reporting Developer I to deliver last mile analytics for the Supply Chain. You will transform raw data into actionable insights, build dashboards, and support production data solutions across WMS, labor, and ecomm data sources.

You will learn from senior team members, create data modules, and help modernize reporting using Cognos, SQL, Databricks, and PowerBI in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS or analytics is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in data analytics or BI roles.
• Recommending and creating visualizations and self‑service tools from available data.
• Query data from Oracle and DB2 using IBM Cognos and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Transform raw data into business insights for supply chain.
• Develop dashboards and automate reports for self-service use.
• Create and maintain documentation in Confluence for reports and data sources.
• Provide production support and assist with data solution modernization.
• Manage alerts for warehouse and distribution center data, drive efficiency.
