Motion Industries is seeking a Business Intelligence Data Analyst to design and develop BI data models, dashboards, and visualizations using BI tools. You will partner with leadership to deliver proactive insights from ERP data and other sources, supporting data-driven decision making across departments.

The role emphasizes end-to-end BI development, collaboration with IT for security standards, and ongoing process improvements for analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field required.
• 3–5 years of related work experience preferred.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills with ability to design BI data sets.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end design and maintenance of BI data sets, models, reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Design, develop, and optimize data models for multiple departments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate data needs into actionable BI solutions.
• Develop robust self-service dashboards and proactive insights for leadership.
