You will build BI dashboards and collaborate across departments to drive data-driven decisions using SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, and Excel. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable analytics that inform strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Data Science, or Analytics.
• 3+ years of data analysis / business intelligence experience.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, and Excel.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP, Power BI, Tableau or other visualization tools.
• Ability to translate business needs into data-driven insights and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Extract and process data from databases, APIs, and reports to support business operations.
• Design and optimize enterprise-level reporting data workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems and KPI reporting.
• Analyze datasets using statistical methods to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop reports and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders.
• Create visual data representations using Tableau or Power BI for clear communication.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for large-scale datasets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet data needs and support decision-making.
• Deliver ad hoc analyses to address urgent business questions with real-time data.
• Establish KPIs and guide strategic planning with data-driven metrics.
